Turn browsing visitors into booked calls. Your employee answers questions, asks a few qualifying questions and shares your booking link with the right visitors.

Before you start

  • Your product pages and price list.
  • Three qualifying questions, such as team size, timeline and budget.
  • Your booking link.
  • The Hobby plan or higher, to put your employee on your website.

Steps

1. Hire from the Lead qualifier template

Open Employees → Hire employee → Templates and choose Lead qualifier.

2. Add your product knowledge

Add your product, pricing and case-study pages as website links, and any sales sheets as documents. Do it when you hire, or later on the Knowledge tab.

3. Add sales skills

A skill is step-by-step know-how for one kind of task. The Lead qualifier template starts with suggested skills for qualifying leads, scheduling meetings and drafting follow-ups. Keep them. Then, on the employee's Skills tab, choose Add skill and add one for handling objections.

Each skill gives your employee a proven way of working, such as asking one question at a time. See Teach your employees skills.

4. Write the qualifying flow

Add this to the Instructions and fill in the brackets:

Lead qualifier instructions
Help visitors understand whether [product] is right for them. Answer their questions from our website and documents. When they show interest, ask these questions one at a time: [question 1], [question 2], [question 3]. If they are a good fit ([your criteria]), invite them to book a call at [booking link]. If not, point them to [resource or self-serve plan]. Never promise discounts or delivery dates.

Copying doesn’t change anything in your workspace.

5. Add a lead form

Open Deploy → Web & embeds and choose Create experience. Choose Add lead capture form and ask for name, work email and company, with clear consent text. See Capture leads with consent.

6. Put it where buyers decide

Publish the experience as a Chat bubble. Add it to your pricing, product and contact pages. See Add Aivah to your website.

7. Follow up every day

Open Insights → Leads each morning. Read the matching conversation in Chat history before you reply. Your team starts every call already knowing what the visitor wants.

Good to know

Want it to work with your CRM too? Connect the app in Library → Connected tools (Starter and up) and allow only the actions it needs. See Connect apps.

Troubleshooting

  • It asks every question at once: add "Ask one question at a time and wait for the answer."
  • It shares the booking link too early: spell out your fit criteria in the instructions.
  • Leads are missing: check the employee and dates in Insights → Leads.
