1. Scope and operator

Aivah is operated by Agentic Beings. This policy applies when you visit Aivah websites, create or use an account, interact with an AI employee, contact us, or use services that link to this policy.

An enterprise agreement, data processing addendum, or customer-specific notice may provide additional terms and will control where it conflicts with this policy.

2. Information we collect

• Account and contact information, such as name, email address, organization, role, and login details.
• Customer content, including prompts, messages, files, knowledge sources, recordings, generated material, agent instructions, and tool results.
• Service and device information, such as IP address, browser, device, timestamps, feature usage, logs, diagnostics, and security events.
• Transaction information from payment providers, including plan, billing status, and limited payment metadata. We do not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers.
• Communications, support requests, survey responses, and sales or pilot information you submit.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure Aivah, authenticate users, process requests, generate outputs, connect authorized tools, operate billing, respond to support, monitor reliability, prevent misuse, comply with law, and improve product performance.

Where required, we rely on consent, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as security, service improvement, and customer support.

4. AI models and service providers

Aivah can route content to third-party model, voice, avatar, hosting, analytics, communications, payment, and integration providers depending on the features and models selected. Those providers process information to deliver their services and may apply their own terms and privacy commitments.

Customers should avoid submitting personal, confidential, or regulated information unless their plan, configuration, permissions, and agreement authorize that use.

5. When information is shared

We may share information with service providers acting for us, integrations authorized by the customer, workspace administrators, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and parties involved in a corporate transaction. Public links, embeds, shared agents, and published applications may be visible to anyone with access.

We do not sell personal information for money. If applicable law treats certain advertising or analytics disclosures as a sale or sharing, you may contact us to exercise available rights.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements. Retention can vary by content type, plan, workspace settings, and customer agreement.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent. Workspace administrators may control business-account content. Requests can be sent to hi@aivah.ai.

8. International use and children

Aivah is operated from San Francisco and may use providers in multiple countries. Information may therefore be processed outside your country, subject to applicable safeguards. Aivah is not directed to children under 13, and users must meet any higher minimum age required in their country.

9. Changes and contact
