Help CenterOpen Library → Memory & sessions to review saved memories and session summaries. Check the selected tab, filters, and page before deciding that a record is missing.
Before you begin
Confirm the correct account and your permission to view its information. Have a topic, approximate date, or other context that helps distinguish the intended record from similar ones.
Steps
1. Open Memories
Choose Library → Memory & sessions → Memories. The table shows memory text, type, topics, created and updated dates, and row actions. Use Refresh memories to request an updated view.
2. Choose the search scope
The loaded-memory filter checks only the memories on the current page. Use search by meaning and Search when you need to look beyond those loaded rows.
Use Memory type to choose All types, Semantic, Episodic, or Message. Clear an unrelated filter before trying a broader search.
3. Review the record and page
Compare the memory text, topics, and dates with the context you expected. Use Previous page and Next page when enabled. The Showing range identifies the current page; it is not a complete account inventory.
Rows offer Edit memory and Delete memory. Check the intended record before opening either action, and read any confirmation before committing a change. Do not infer an undo option from the presence of a delete button.
4. Review CSV scope before using a download
The Memories view offers Download CSV. If you download a file, inspect its columns and record count against the selected filters and page before using it as a report. Do not assume the file is a complete account export.
5. Open Sessions
Choose Sessions to see Session, Messages, and Last active. Use Refresh sessions and the available page controls. A session summary is separate from the saved-memory table.
Expected result
You can find the intended memory or session and identify the scope of the view. Check any changed record or downloaded file separately before relying on it.
Status meanings
An empty loaded-memory filter means no matching row was found on that page. It does not establish that the memory is absent from the account. Wait for loading to finish before interpreting an empty session list.
Usage credit impact
This guide does not specify a charge for memory search or management. Review the account's current usage information for applicable costs.
Information stored or shared
Memory can contain conversation facts, preferences, and other private context. A CSV creates another copy outside the current view. Store it only where your organization permits, and leave private memory text out of screenshots and support requests.
Limits and permanent actions
The loaded-page filter and search by meaning have different scopes. A visible download or deletion control does not establish full-export coverage, retention, or recovery behavior. Confirm those requirements before using the feature for a formal data request.
Common problems and recovery
- No result appears: clear the loaded-page filter, check Memory type, and try search by meaning.
- Two rows look similar: compare their text, topics, and dates before editing either.
- A download contains fewer records than expected: check its scope and the current page; do not present it as a complete export.
- The list is still loading: wait, then use the tab's refresh control. Contact support if the state does not resolve.
