In the meeting

A colleague who never misses the call.

Your AI employee brings its face, its voice and everything it knows into the meeting. It speaks up when someone asks.
01

Joins with a face and a voice

It joins as a guest, under the name you choose. It has the voice you picked and a face from your character library.

02

Answers from what you taught it

It knows what your AI employee knows: your website, your documents and the way you like things explained.

03

Knows when to speak

With a Hero character, group meeting mode has it reply when someone speaks to it. It steps in only when the discussion needs help.

04

Reads the meeting chat

Turn on Listen to meeting chat, and it treats typed messages as questions too.

05

Follow every invite

See where each invite is: joining, in the meeting or ended.

06

Keeps the conversation

When the meeting ends, read what was said in Insights, next to that employee’s other chats.

Recipe · Sales calls

A product expert on every sales call.

Bring your best product answers into every sales call. No need to pull a specialist onto every demo.

  1. Set up the employee. Start from the Account copilot or Lead qualifier template. Add your website, product documents and pricing page.
  2. Give it a face. Create a Hero character from a photo, then pick its voice.
  3. Choose who joins. In Meetings, pick the employee, its voice and face, and a name such as “Aria · Product specialist”.
  4. Invite it to the call. Paste the Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Webex link, tick Group meeting and send the invite. Let it in when it asks to join.
  5. Hand it the detailed questions. “Aria, how does setup work for a team our size?” Afterwards, read the conversation in Insights and follow up.

How it works

From link to live in three steps.

1Choose who joins

In Aivah, open Meetings and pick the employee, its voice, its face and the name it shows. Every invite uses them.

2Paste the meeting link

Paste a Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Webex link and send the invite. With a Hero character, tick Group meeting if several people will talk to it.

3Let it in, then review

The host lets it in like any guest. Afterwards, the conversation is waiting in Insights.

What you need

Four things, and it’s ready for the call.

  • An AI employee

One that knows your website and documents. Set one up from a template and test it in Chat first.

  • A face

A ready-made character, or one made from your own photo. See live characters.

  • A meeting link

The link to a Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Webex meeting.

  • A host who lets it in

It joins as a guest. The host lets it in from the waiting room, like any visitor.

Beyond meetings

The same face, wherever customers meet you.

Which meeting platforms does it join?

Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex. Paste the meeting link in Aivah, under Meetings, and send the invite.

Does the host need to do anything?

Let it in like any other guest. It joins under the name you choose. If the meeting has a waiting room, the host admits it, and Aivah shows you while it is still waiting.

Will it talk over people?

Not in group meeting mode, which works with Hero characters (made from your own photo). It replies when someone speaks to it and steps in only when the discussion needs help. Leave group mode off for a one-to-one call.

Which characters can join?

Characters from all four library collections: Hero, Basic, Advanced and Gemini Live. Aivah shows the ones that suit the AI you pick, and every invite uses your choice.

What does it know?

Everything your AI employee knows: the website pages, documents and notes you added, plus its instructions.

Can people type their questions instead?

Yes. Turn on Listen to meeting chat, and it treats messages in the meeting chat as questions.

Where do I find what was said?

In Insights, in that employee’s chat history, next to its website conversations.

What does it cost?

There’s no add-on to buy. Meetings use credits from your plan’s monthly allowance, like any live conversation. Compare plans
