What can I ask for?

Answers from your own documents, and finished files. Ask for PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents, images and image edits. You can also ask for videos, from a 1–5 minute explainer to a short cinematic clip.

Will the files match our brand?

Yes. Set a house style for each format in Generation preferences: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, image and video. Pick a template, add your brand colour and font, and check the live preview. Every file your AI employees make follows it, and what you ask for in a chat always comes first.

Where should I start?

Open Chat, choose an employee and ask for something you need this week, like a summary, a deck or a sheet. Add a file when the task needs context.

Can I choose the AI model and voice?

Yes. Pick them when you start a chat, or change them later in Conversation settings.

Where do generated files go?

Files appear in the conversation and in Library → AI Drive. Content studio keeps its decks, podcasts and mind maps in Your library.

Can Aivah help me find my way around?

Ask Aivah from any page (⌘K or Ctrl+K). It finds what you need, opens pages and fills in settings, and asks before it deletes, spends credits, sends, publishes or pays.

Is a prepared podcast the same as Live podcast?

No, they’re separate. Content studio prepares a podcast from what an AI employee knows. Live podcast runs a live show with two hosts discussing your topic.
