Aivah gives your team an AI employee that talks to candidates and new hires. It works on your careers page, on the phone and in video meetings, with a face, a voice and your job ads.
The problem today
We answer the same questions for every role.
What’s the pay? Are there night shifts? When will I hear back?
Candidates call before we open.
Temps ring at 6am about a shift, and nobody is there to answer.
Onboarding eats a morning every time.
Someone repeats the same slides for every new hire. Then the questions arrive by email.
The jobs it does
Pay, hours, shifts, location and what happens next. It answers from your job ads, day and night.
A short form asks for name, email and phone, plus your own questions, such as availability. A recruiter reads every one.
Candidates and temps ring outside office hours. It answers from your call prompt and takes a clear message.
Your welcome slides or videos become lessons new hires can stop and question. A short quiz checks what stuck.
Leave, expenses, pay days and who to ask. Your team asks it in Slack instead of messaging HR.
Ask once, and a reminder to call back new candidates arrives every afternoon.

A candidate asks about a role on your careers page after you’ve closed. Here is how a good conversation goes.

Hi, is the warehouse job in Eastfield still open?
Yes, it’s open. It’s full-time, with day or night shifts. Days pay $19 an hour and nights pay $22.
1A clear answerI don’t have a forklift licence. Will I still get the job?
I can’t say who gets the job. A recruiter reviews every application. The job ad says a forklift licence helps, but it isn’t required.
2Knows its limitOK. How do I apply?
I’ll pass your interest to a recruiter. What’s your name and the best number to call?
Maya Ortiz, 555-0163.
Thanks, Maya. A recruiter will call you on 555-0163 about the role and next steps.
