Presenter guides

What can I use as lessons?

Up to 10 PDFs (up to 50 MB each) or videos (up to 100 MB each) per presenter. Presenters teach from these lessons rather than from website links or text.

Where do I create a presenter?

In Employees → Hire employee, switch on Presenter. Add your lessons and choose the character, voice and AI model. You choose Presenter when you hire, so hire a separate presenter for each course.

Can people ask questions during the presentation?

Yes. People can stop it with a question, by voice or by typing. The presenter answers from your lessons, then carries on.

How do quizzes work?

The presenter can quiz the audience on the lessons. Every attempt appears in Insights → Quiz, so you can see what people understood and where they struggled.

How many presenters do I get?

A presenter is an AI employee, so it counts towards your plan’s AI employees. The Free plan includes 3 AI employees. Hobby, Starter and Standard include 1 AI employee. Business and Business+ include 2 AI employees. Enterprise plans are tailored to you.

Can I choose the presenter’s appearance and voice?

Yes. Pick any character from Library → Characters & backgrounds, and a built-in or cloned voice from Library → Voices.
