Greets every caller, finds out what they need and takes a full message for the right person on your team.

Your AI employee answers calls on your own Twilio number, day and night. It answers questions in the voice you choose and takes messages for your team. Every call is saved with its transcript.

Hi, are you open this Saturday?
We are, from 9 until 1. Would you like me to take a message so the team can call you back?
Yes please, it’s about a quote.

Greets every caller, finds out what they need and takes a full message for the right person on your team.
Asks one question at a time about the caller’s needs and timing. Then it sums up the enquiry in a sentence.
Stays calm with upset callers, gathers the facts and walks them through the fix, one step at a time.
Takes the caller’s name, contact details and preferred time, and reads them back. Your team confirms the appointment.
Listens to why a customer wants to cancel and offers only the options you allow, without pressure.
Write how it should sound, what it should ask and what it must never say. Or describe your business and Aivah drafts it for you.

How it works
In Twilio, turn on Elastic SIP Trunking for your number. Then add the number and its connection details in Aivah, under Phone numbers. The built-in guide walks you through every field.
Choose a call role, or describe your business and let Aivah write the instructions. Then pick the voice your callers will hear.
Ring the number to hear the greeting and fine-tune what it says. From then on, Call history lists every call with its transcript.

Beyond the phone
Phone answering
It answers calls on your own Twilio number in the voice you choose. It answers callers’ questions from the instructions you give it and takes messages for your team. Every call is saved in Call history, with a transcript.
Whatever you put in its call instructions: what you offer, your opening hours, the details to take and when a person should call back. Describe your business in a sentence or two and Aivah drafts instructions written for the phone.
Yes. The call roles speak for your business. You set the greeting, the tone and the wording.
Yes. Your number and SIP trunk stay in your Twilio account. If you disconnect the number in Aivah, calls stop being answered and both stay in Twilio.
Starter, Standard, Business and Business+ include voice calls. The Free and Hobby plans don’t. Compare plans
Calls use credits from your plan’s monthly allowance. Credits are what you spend when your AI employee talks, chats or creates. Call history shows the credits each call used, and Twilio bills its own charges for your number and minutes.
Aivah answers incoming calls on your number. It doesn’t place outbound calls or run call campaigns.
