The updated workspace uses seven main areas: Home, Chat, Employees, Library, Deploy, Create, and Insights. Use this guide if you remember an older name or a screenshot looks different from your screen.

Before you begin

Sign in to your existing account. Have the employee name or task you want to continue in mind. On a narrow screen, open the sidebar to see navigation.

Steps

1. Match the name you remember

Older nameWhere to go nowContinue with
Agent / AgentsEmployeesCreate or review an employee
PlaygroundChatUse Chat

ProductivityCreate → Content studioCreate slide decks, podcasts, and mind maps
Studio PodcastCreate → Live podcastSet up a Live podcast
TelephonyDeploy → Phone numbersSet up phone, messaging, and meetings
Chat Log / Call LogsInsights → Chat history / Call historyReview results

Older Help Center URLs remain in use, so a guide address can still contain playground even though the screen is called Chat.

2. Choose Library, Deploy, or Create for the next task

Use Library for resources you want to reuse: Characters & backgrounds, Voices, AI Drive, Memory & sessions, and Connected tools. To connect a service or add a custom MCP server, start with Connected tools.

Open Library to find the assets and services available to employees.

Use Deploy for Web & embeds, Phone numbers, Messaging channels, Meetings, and Scheduled tasks. For recurring work, see Manage scheduled work.

Deploy groups the destinations and scheduled work available for an employee.

Use Create for Content studio, Live podcast, and Aivah Code. Content studio's Your library holds its generated content; Library → AI Drive is a separate place to look for media and files.

3. Check the item before continuing

Open the intended employee, conversation, or experience and confirm its name. In Chat, review the selected employee and conversation settings. For a web experience, review both Employee & connection and Appearance & interaction before testing it.

Follow the linked task guide to check the result of the action you take. A setup screen shows where to begin; a working conversation, connection, or published experience needs its own test.

Expected result

You can locate the familiar feature under its current name and continue with the relevant task guide.

Status meanings

An empty list means that view has no items to show. Check its filters and selected category before concluding that an item is missing.

Usage credit impact

Check the current usage information before sending messages, generating content, or running connected actions from the area you found.

Information stored or shared

When sharing a screenshot for help, hide account details, private conversations, connection values, and customer information.

Limits and permanent actions

This guide maps names and locations. Check the selected item before editing, disconnecting, or deleting it.

Common problems and recovery

  • An older name is still in a link: follow the current page title and the navigation map above.
  • Generated work is missing: check both Content studio's Your library and the relevant AI Drive category. Find generated work.
  • You still cannot find the control: note the page, item, and action you expected, then contact support.

Next step

Take the workspace tour for a complete navigation map, or open the task guide linked beside the older name you remember.
