Northstar is a fictional project-management product. Its onboarding checklist is: name a workspace owner, create a sample project, invite one colleague, then assign and complete a test task. Only an admin can invite colleagues. Before importing customer data, the workspace owner must approve the data and confirm the import format with their customer success contact. The guide cannot inspect the account or confirm completion without the customer’s input.
This uses the public Aivah guide with a fictional brief. The portraits illustrate roles; they do not select a different live agent. Responses are generated, and no CRM, ticket or booking action is part of this example.
